***Edit***
Well i received my IX38 Quad GT today...And it doesn't work... I think the BIOS chip wasn't flashed correctly at the factory. So a new one is on its way, I hope it doesn't take to long.
I've been eying up GTA IV lately. It looks like a great game, but I don't have Xbox 360 or a PS3 so I can't play it.
I have been photographing a lot lately, all of the tulips are blooming and as all of you know flowers are a large percentage of my subject matter. I should have a update as soon as my other computer is working again.
I hope to hear from you all soon!

I try to give critique, like it or not. It doesn't mean I don't like your work, it's just another point-of-view you might have or might have not though
The D300 looks like a great camera, but I'm gong to upgrade my glass first. First lens on the list is that new 24-70 F2.8 Nikkor. That thing is just so sharp.

on a APS-C, it's not so cool as there are no wide angle and little telephoto, defeating the purpose and the versatility of the 24 (it's wide) and 70 (starts to portrait...). Unless you are getting the D3 or a Jfed sensor camera like the D2hs, having 24-70 from start is pretty pointless...
17-55 is by conversion something of a 24-70 though I wouldn't think Nikon's version is good enough these days... third parties like the Tamron 17-50 2.8 rivals the 17-55 in sharpness and even manage to be able to do some macro too, thus giving the versatility to the shooter for a third of the price.
If I want a walking lens, 17-50 2.8. If I need telephoto, 70-200 2.8. The range between 50 and 70 is... bof...
So yeah, if I were to get the 24-70: D3 first, then sell all my DX lenses and get the 24-70 2.8
